Are you in a rut with your current finish, or are you creating ruts with the finishing accessories you are using? When it comes to completing your piece, the final finish is the difference between OK and great! In this highly interactive workshop, experience the steps of metal finishing from beginning to end that’s often glossed over in other classes. Learn about a range of surface finishes from satin to mirror shine you can complete by hand, or polishing with a flex shaft, buffing motor or tumbler. Experience a variety of abrasives, buffs, brushes, polishing compound, and more as you learn tips and tricks to achieve your perfect finish. Use of all polishing materials, sample metals, tools and equipment will be available for use. Safety glasses and optical magnifiers are required. This class is currently limited to six students.
