"The designer cut Ohio Flint cabochons are the focal point of this design. They are cut into the chape of the state of Ohio and wrapped in Fine Silver balled prongs.
The flint ridges in Ohio were the source of flint used by the American Indians. Some of these ridges are open to the public and can still be mined for flint and chalcedony. Flint is a powerful and intensely spiritual stone that assists with taking some of the highest spiritual energies and making them practical here on earth through manifestation. The Indians thought of it as a powerful protection stone. It is thought to be an excellent stone for channeling, mediumship, and card reading.
Other keywords for flint are will power, inner power, self-discipline, and practicality." - artist Kerri O'Connor/ Fleur de Life Jewelry
