Dialux Blue Polishing Compound Bar

A student favorite in the studio at Flux Metal Arts! Dialux Blue is a great all-purpose polishing compound for all types of metal. After a sanding your metal to an even surface finish of 400 or 600 grit, this compound quickly gives you a nice luster. For best results, use with a fabric buff.

Made in France, Dialux is a silica-free polishing compound, composed of an alumina oxide abrasive in a water-soluble binder of vegetable fat instead of traditional silica based polishing compounds in a binder of animal fat. Because it is silica-free, this compound is safer to use. It is easy to clean up with just soap and hot water. Each package contains one bar of compound aprox. 3-5/8" L x 1-1/4" W x 1" H.
